Why hire actors for my teambuilding activities?
Because a lot of the tools used in theatre are perfectly transferable to the workplace. How to communicate under stress, how not to be blocked by others’ or one’s own mistakes, learning-by-doing, and more basically providing experiences that are fun and engaging for the people we work with.
Why improvisers, specifically?
Improvisational theatre is theatre without a script. This means embracing the unknown is not only something that can happen; it is what we work with every day. To face the uncertaintly given by the abscence of a script, we train our students to value every input the team offers. Without clear and effective teamwork, we couldn’t have shows. So we know better than anyone how to create virtuous team dynamics, and how to help if there are obstacles on the way.
Are results guaranteed?
Based on the very generous feedbacks we get after every activity, and on the frequency at which our clients keep coming back to us, we would say it’s close to 100%. Of course, the more time we have to work together, the more effective the training will be.
What factors influence the cost?
Size of group (hence, number of trainers present on site), hours worked during the delivery (measured in half-days), hours worked during the preparation of the activity, possible costs related to moving, overnight stays or props.
